The record stays open to inspection.

What we know.
How we know it.

Every relationship keeps its sources and qualifiers. Use this registry to inspect the underlying record, find its place in the network, or identify the work still needed.

Sources have a scope.

A company release establishes what the company announced. A government notice establishes a proposed sale or award. Neither by itself proves later payment, delivery, impact or intent.

Every record has a date.

Military agreements, investment announcements and ecological research carry their own source dates and review periods. Check these before using a record in a local campaign. A recent website build does not make an older estimate current spending.

Uncertainty stays visible.

Documented, reported, inferred, functional, temporal, contested and proposed relationships remain distinct. Use a connecting path as a research route, not as proof of a claim beyond its individual edges.

Coverage / 20 explicit research gaps

A useful map
shows its unfinished edges.

A dated atlas for international divestment, community organizing and ecological regeneration. Countries are retained for specific researched relationships; NATO membership alone does not qualify. Facility construction, operations, equipment, financing and policy relationships have separate roles and dates. Finance records are a selected sample, not a complete account of every alliance or financial flow. Proposed funding and organizing connections are marked separately.

Global coverage remains partial

Coverage follows specific researched facilities, financial records and institutional relationships; countries connected only by NATO membership are excluded. This is not a complete list of US treaty allies, security partners, overseas bases, export licences, investments or cash flows.

Next step: Add further regional records using local public accounts, procurement notices, aid disbursement data, sovereign-fund reports and community-reviewed translations. Record the search period and missing jurisdictions.

Approval does not establish payment or delivery

The arms-sale layer contains notified estimates. Signed agreements, contractor allocations, obligations, deliveries, cancellations and payments remain separate research tasks.

Next step: Link each notification to subsequent contract actions, government-to-government agreements and audited receipts. Do not silently replace the estimate or add it to expenditure.

The NATO budget slice is historical

The 2024 values are estimates from a report with a 3 June 2025 cutoff. They provide a consistent historical comparison, not the latest national budget. Iceland is absent from this table; absence is not zero.

Next step: Version the table against later NATO releases and national audited accounts, preserving the original estimate and recording changed definitions and currencies.

Investment announcements need follow-through

Corporate plans and partnership targets establish announced intentions. They do not prove that all funding was deployed, where costs landed, or how much land, water or energy each project used.

Next step: Attach dated financial filings, planning and grid-connection records, ownership disclosures and site-level environmental measurements. Keep overlapping announcements separate.

Construction does not identify every maintenance provider

The selected cases establish construction, installation or engineering roles. RBC Guelph separately discloses ongoing support. Most sites do not disclose a complete commissioning, maintenance and facilities-management chain.

Next step: Add site-specific service awards, commissioning reports and maintenance contracts with dates and exact scope. Anonymous case studies and generic service pages cannot identify a customer.

MAZ ownership remains undisclosed in this source

Rosendin publishes a facility name, city and general contractor while withholding the client. Similar location, imagery or sustainability language is insufficient to identify an owner.

Next step: Seek a permit, owner announcement or contract document that explicitly joins the MAZ project identifier to a legal owner.

Resolve the Ontario conversion’s conflicting municipal label

Plan Group labels its Toronto Star conversion Markham. EllisDon describes TOR1 as a newspaper conversion, while Digital Realty places TOR1 in Vaughan. The selected historical project remains a separate case identifier until that mismatch is resolved.

Next step: Obtain the original project address, permit or contractor clarification before merging with a current TOR1 facility record. Country-level location is retained; no exact address is assigned.

Different stages, different responsibilities

A named builder, installer or equipment supplier is not automatically a maintenance provider. FRA7 remains a construction-stage record; announcements do not establish completed commissioning.

Next step: Add completion certificates and separately sourced operating appointments as they become public.

Nine disclosed sites are a starting point

This layer covers selected buildings and campuses in seven jurisdictions. It is not a census of regional facilities or evidence that every site hosts AI or military workloads.

Next step: Add facility-level permits, utility records, disclosed subcontractors and dated handovers. Keep operating sites, contracted phases and proposed expansions distinct.

Operating and maintenance assignments remain unevenly disclosed

S3 has a historical O&M scope; AUH6 has a specific solar O&M agreement; Yotta describes its on-site monitoring. Khazna NexOps is a portfolio organization. These records do not identify every current maintenance subcontractor.

Next step: Obtain current service agreements, renewal dates, maintenance-package boundaries and responsible employers without exposing workers’ personal details.

Target dates are not verified operating dates

Elmina’s original schedules and DXB2’s planned opening are preserved as forecasts. A steel-package completion letter is narrower than whole-building commissioning.

Next step: Add operator opening notices, commissioning certificates and phase-specific handover records. Retain earlier forecasts alongside actual dates.

NM1 supplier attribution needs a second party

IES identifies Sterling & Wilson as EPC partner, but the contractor’s own package record was not located in this pass.

Next step: Corroborate the EPC scope and contracting entity using owner disclosures or contractor project records before treating it as independently confirmed.

Who supplies the capital behind each investment vehicle?

The mapped rounds name leads or sponsors but usually do not disclose investor allocations, limited partners, drawdowns or project-level beneficial ownership.

Next step: Request vehicle-level filings, ownership schedules and debt drawdown records; do not allocate a whole round to every named participant.

Campaign coverage is broader than contract-level verification

The named BNC lists are covered here, but many companies currently have only a documented campaign-category connection. That is not a complete underlying transaction dossier.

Next step: Use the BNC-linked AFSC, Who Profits, UN and DBIO research to locate dated original contracts, filings and procurement notices before adding company-to-agency or investor-to-company edges.
